It was one year ago (yesterday) that I shot the wedding of Steve and Kelli Mizesko (great friends of mine) down in Florida. I was looking through some of these pictures the other day and thought that I would post some of my favorites from that wedding – (though it was hard to choose)!!! Steve and Kelli – you guys are awesome and I hope we get to see each other soon!

This weekend – me and the crew captured an incredibly beautiful wedding on one of the nicest days of the year (so far)! Kayla Smith and Abbott Turner got married this past weekend up at Sweet Home Plantation – in Pine Mountain, GA, and they were so much fun! If you are a bride looking for a place to get married – check out Sweet Home Plantation = they are awesome! It was so much fun to capture the moment with Kayla and Abbott as we did photography and videography! Stephanie and Jeff’s wedding was one of the most fun weddings that I have shot. The small family atmosphere was awesome… I felt like I was part of them for a short while – and I loved capturing the moment! Thanks for letting me be a part of your special day! You guys are awesome and I look forward to see what God does with/through you!

It was a sincere privilege to shoot the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Van! They got married on the 31st of May and their wedding was a great way to start off the “wedding season”. Their wedding party was so much fun and the ceremony was beautiful! They did a great job decorating the North Hall of the Trade Center and making a big room feel small and intimate. Chris and Elisabeth were easy to work with and very easy to photograph! Here are some of my favorite pics from their wedding:

The wedding we shot this past weekend was one of my favorites! Capturing the moment at any wedding is a blast – but there is just something special at shooting the wedding of friends you’ve known for a long time and knowing the families attending the event! I have known Erin for quite a while and have enjoyed getting to know Chris – and it was a privilege to shoot their wedding this past weekend. Yesterday was such a long and hot day… but man, was it awesome!!! Lowrey is a good friend of mine and Chelsey’s – and it was a huge privilege to be a part of such a BIG day in her and David’s life. Though it was in the upper 90’s with what-felt-like 100% humidity… the wedding party was great and we had a lot of fun! I have looked through almost all of the photos from last night and I can’t wait to really dive in and start editing!!! Here is a quick preview from a few that I liked:

Two weekends ago I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Stephanie Foster and Jeff Ritch here in Columbus at East Highland United Methodist Church. This was an awesome wedding to be a part of because Jeff and Stephanie are very special people! My wife and I loved hearing the story of how they met and of what God is doing in their lives. Elisabeth and Chris got married this past weekend in the North Hall of the Trade Center in downtown Columbus – and it was beautiful! The ceremony was really cool and the wedding party was a lot of fun. I can’t wait to show you more pics. As of right now – here are just a few to introduce you to the couple!

I had such a blast shooting the wedding of Steve and Kelli… because Steve is one of my great college friends and we had many crazy adventures together! Their wedding, down in Florida, was one of the most fun weddings that I have shot – as you can tell by some of the pictures. This last picture is one of my favorite of the whole night! After the crazy dancing at the reception – the look on their faces is priceless as they run to the car… trying not to get burned!
